I like to call this elemental art. The action of the sun, water and wind create these wonderfully beautiful pieces of driftwood. Some have been washed around literally for years. Most are found along the banks of the Tennessee river in north Alabama where I grew up. I study, some for months, before working with them. Some though are obvious.
